I don’t know about you, but I’m planning on making 2014 the best year yet! I’m going to focus on working out, eating healthy, studying along with family and friends.

Answers to Questions!
I’ve been getting a lot of similar question being asked, but my answer button doesn’t work (I don’t know why!) so I can’t answer them directly. So I’ve decided to answer them here.
The guy in the ‘before and after’ picture isn’t me. I don’t quite know how he did it, but I guess a clean diet with a big variety of meat as it helps to build muscle and spending around 4 days/week at the gym for 2-3 hours. He was very determined.
I personally don’t have a ‘diet’. I have a healthy lifestyle which includes eating breakfast, lunch and dinner with as much fruit and veg as I can. I also do 40 minute exercises (cardio) 6 days per week. Finally, I try and not eat after 6PM as our body doesn’t have time to burn the calories.
